Origin's bi-fold window, also known as a servery window, uses sashes between 400mm and 1200mm wide, in whatever number your opening needs. They can fold inwards or outwards, to the left or right, or split in the middle, and a magnetic catch holds the sashes open. Finger-safe gaskets make them a practical choice for family homes.

Every project starts with a free design visit, where we help you choose the style, colour, glazing and hardware, then take a full measure for an accurate quote. A surveyor checks every detail before anything is made, and our own fitting team installs your windows carefully and leaves your home clean.

Should they fold inwards or outwards?

Outward-folding sashes keep the worktop clear inside; inward-folding sashes avoid obstructing a path or patio outside. We look at how you will use the space at your design visit.

How wide can a bi-fold window be?

Each sash is between 400mm and 1200mm wide and you can have as many as the opening needs, so the window is designed around your space.

Are bi-fold windows safe for families?

Yes. Origin's bi-fold window has finger-safe gaskets and a magnetic catch to hold the sashes open.

Are they secure?
