Origin OW-70 Slimline Windows
Overview
The Origin OW-70 is Origin's slimline aluminium window: slim frames that maximise glass and daylight, with an external flush casement that gives a clean, modern face to the house. It is the window most of our clients choose for extensions, new builds and full-house replacements where light is the priority.

OW-70 or OW-80?
The OW-70 has the slimmer frame for more glass. The OW-80 Premium is flush inside and out for a timber-like finish, and reaches lower U-values with Origin's Aerogel upgrade. If you want French or tilt and turn windows in a matching style, the OW-80 family is the one to look at.
Origin OW-70: frequently asked questions
Can I get the Soho or Georgian look?
Yes. Origin's Soho style adds slim steel-look bars and the Georgian style adds a traditional grid. See our heritage steel-look windows.
Are they secure?
Yes. The OW-70 is tested to PAS 24 and holds Secured by Design accreditation, with multi-point locking on opening sashes.
Do I need planning permission?
Like-for-like replacement windows are usually permitted development. Listed buildings, flats and some conservation areas have extra rules, which we check at survey.
